Welcome to Triton Lab, LLC! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our Sentiment Quorum application and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by Triton Lab, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms

By using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms for that organization and confirm you have the authority to bind it. In that case, “you” and “your” will refer to that organization.

2. The Service: Sentiment Quorum

Sentiment Quorum is an SMS-based polling service that allows groups to anonymously and democratically vote on whether to keep or cancel a scheduled meeting. An organizer can create a meeting poll, and participants included by the organizer will receive SMS messages to cast their vote. The Service keeps individual votes confidential and only announces the final outcome to the group.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

3. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Your use of the Service is conducted via SMS. By participating in a Sentiment Quorum poll, you consent to receive text messages from us.

  • Program Description: The Sentiment Quorum service sends you SMS messages to invite you to polls for meetings you are a part of, confirm your votes, and notify you of the final outcome.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your participation in meeting polls. You will receive messages when a poll is initiated, when your vote is confirmed, if your vote requires clarification, and when a poll concludes.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt-out of the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation text, and then you will no longer receive messages from this service.

  • Customer Support: For help or information, reply HELP to any message or contact us at yamato.matsuoka@tritonlab.io.

  • Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Your wireless carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. User Content

If you create a meeting poll, you may provide information such as a meeting title, date, and participant phone numbers (“Content”). You are solely responsible for the Content you provide and for ensuring you have the necessary consent from participants to include them in polls. By providing Content, you grant us a license to use it for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law.
  • Send unsolicited messages or use the service for spam.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, or disrupt any parts of the Service or its underlying systems.
  • Introduce any viruses or other malicious material.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Triton Lab, LLC and its licensors. The “Sentiment Quorum” name and our logos are trademarks of Triton Lab, LLC and may not be used without our prior written consent.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time by not participating in polls or by replying STOP to opt-out of all messages, as described in Section 3.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Triton Lab, LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service.

In no event shall Triton Lab, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be determined by arbitration in Chamblee, Georgia.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
